Terms of Use

Natural Intelligence is a conversation service. You type a question or a message; someone on our team reads it and writes back. The reply appears on the same page, in the same conversation, whenever you next open it.

There is no account to create and no sign-up. Your conversation is identified solely by a cookie in your browser, as described in the Privacy Policy.

• It is not instant, and it is not guaranteed. Each reply is composed individually. It may take minutes, hours, or days, and we may not reply at all. Nothing here is a service level commitment.
• It is not professional advice. Nothing you receive is medical, legal, financial, tax, or psychological advice, and no professional relationship is created by using it. For decisions that matter, consult a qualified professional.
• It is not an emergency service. If someone is in danger, or you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately. Do not wait for a reply here.

You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough under the law where you live to enter into this agreement. By using the service you confirm that you are.

We do not interrupt you with a consent dialog. These terms and the Privacy Policy are linked from every page, and sending a message means you accept them as they stand at that moment.

If you would rather not be bound by them, do not send a message — reading the site commits you to nothing.

You agree not to use the service to:

• break the law, or ask for help breaking it;
• harass, threaten, defame, or abuse anyone, including the people reading your messages;
• send sexual content involving minors, or material that sexualises any real person without their consent;
• send other people’s personal data, confidential material, or anything you have no right to share;
• send malware, attempt to gain access to the administration area or any other part of the system, probe it for weaknesses, or attempt to read another visitor’s conversation;
• flood, scrape, or automate the service, or otherwise place an unreasonable load on it.

The service applies a rate limit per conversation. We may also remove content, end a conversation, or block access, at our discretion and without notice, if these rules are broken.

You keep ownership of what you write. You grant us the limited permission we need to store your messages, read them, and reply to them — nothing more. We do not publish your messages, license them onward, or use them to build any other product.

Replies are written for you and you are free to use them for your own purposes. The site itself — its design, wording, code, and the Natural Intelligence name and mark — remains ours.

Treat this as a conversation with a stranger who is trying to help. Do not send passwords, bank or card details, government identifiers, health records, or anything else you would not want a person you have not met to read. We ask you not to, and we will not be responsible for the consequences if you do it anyway.

The service is provided as it is, and as it happens to be available. We may change it, suspend it, or withdraw it entirely at any time, without notice. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that conversations will be preserved indefinitely — see the retention section of the Privacy Policy.

Keep your own copy of anything you would be sorry to lose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any reply is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for what you decide to do with it.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from your reliance on anything said in a conversation. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use the service — which is nothing — or the minimum the law permits.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may stop using the service at any time; clearing this site’s cookies detaches your browser from your conversation immediately. We may end your access at any time if these terms are broken. Sections 6, 7, 9, 10, and 12 survive the end of this agreement.

We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of [Country / state], and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you enjoy where you live.
